Marco Aurelio Feitosa
is the owner of Gracie Barra Rancho Bernardo, the head Muay Thai coach, and one of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professors at the academy. With an extensive and accomplished career in martial arts, Marco brings both experience and passion to his role. He holds an impressive record of 43 amateur and professional fights, including three state championships and a Brazilian Muay Thai title.
In 2013, he reached the semifinals of the World Championship in Thailand, further cementing his reputation on the international stage. In 2018, he earned a silver medal at the Pan American Kickboxing Championship in Mexico, proudly representing Team USA.
History
From 2013 to 2019, Marco trained with two of the top MMA teams in the world—American Top Team and the Blackzilians—gaining elite-level experience and knowledge. Between 2019 and 2021, he served as an assistant coach and sports psychologist for WAKO Team USA Kickboxing’s junior athletes.
Marco began his Muay Thai journey in 1998 under Grand Master Olimpio and has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Vinicius Draculino since 2005. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a specialization in sports psychology, which he integrates into his coaching approach to support his students both mentally and physically.
